CANCELLATION POLICY

APPOINTMENT POLICY To respect the time of all clients and maintain an efficient schedule, appointments will be canceled if you arrive more than 10 minutes late. Deposits and payments are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule your appointment, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required. Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the loss of your deposit and may require a new deposit to book a future appointment. No-shows and same-day cancellations will forfeit all deposits and payments made. By booking an appointment with Essence Aesthetics Wellness Suite, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
